The average lifespan of a startup is two years. With ten years gone by, Allerin has crossed the threshold of not just being a startup, but a company that has made an impact in the industry. Unlike most successful startups of its time, Allerin didn’t start in someone’s backyard or garage. For Allerin’s founder Naveen Joshi , it has been no easy day to reach this milestone. In his own words, he stated that congratulations are not in order because Allerin has so much more to accomplish yet. Success is not the achievement Naveen is looking for, because it is something they achieve on a daily basis – it is an integral part of Allerin.
In the ten years that have passed, Allerin has serviced customers in the most professional manner, delivering high quality software solutions. As the company grew in both human and financial resources, Allerin has been able to push the boundaries of software technology. Our software solutions have aided clients in the banking, health, sports, e-commerce, and photography industry, to just name a few. Naveen built a company drive by passion, vision and values and does not have the same flexibility one would expect a startup to have.
The team of Allerin has grown with talented and dedicated individuals such as Monika, Piyush, Snehal and Nitesh .
With such a roster of achievements, Allerin definitely deserves a celebration and that’s exactly what we did on 17th April. Organized by Monika, a glam and fun evening was set.
We gathered at The Park Hotel dressed in our best attire. Everyone took a moment to relax, enjoy some good drinks and food and revel in the completion of the 10 years’ anniversary.
One would think that the Allerin team would be completely laid back for the party, but we were not done yet. The team had a fun and entertaining even planned. Several of our Allerin colleagues took the time off to practice for entertaining performances, and we enjoyed every bit of it!
From Bollywood to freestyle to, of course, the traditional, each dance was fantastically choreographed and executed with pin-point precision, which is surprising for a team that had the challenge of only four days of practice and the task of hiding the rehearsal sessions from Naveen.
And of course, the highlight of the dances was the finale – the Lavani dance done by beautiful Allerians , Shilpa, Sonali and Sumitra.
No anniversary would be complete without a knife slice through a yummy cake that everyone devoured.
After an exciting evening, everyone hungrily dug into the wonderful buffet prepared by the Park Hotel. The Hotel found their kitchen going into overdrive as basins of food were being wiped clean!
The end of a celebration would have been a somber affair if another exciting event hadn’t happened. Someone popped the question! What question? The question of marriage of course, and she said yes!
Our ten year anniversary sets us on the course for a new and exciting journey ahead.
