AI Products and Services

• Not a Replacement for Professional Judgment. AI products augment, not replace, human judgment, expertise, and safety protocols.

• Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from Your use or deployment of the Company's AI products.

Open Source Software

Our products may incorporate open source components, each subject to its own license terms (available with the component or upon request) and provided "as is" without warranties. If You redistribute our products, You are responsible for complying with applicable open source license terms. Enterprise customers may request a Software Bill of Materials (SBOM).

Your Feedback to Us

You assign all rights, title, and interest in any Feedback You provide. If such assignment is ineffective, You grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and exploit such Feedback without restriction.
