For the purposes of this DEI Policy:

  • At Allerin, we are committed to building a vibrant and diverse work environment that reflects the society we serve. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are essential to our firm's ability to deliver on our mission.
  • Our commitment to diversity is reflected in our policies and practices, including our equal employment opportunity policy, which prohibits discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law. Our policy also prohibits harassment based on protected characteristics and retaliation against anyone who complains about or opposes unlawful discrimination or harassment.
  • An inclusive workplace is good for business because it helps us attract and retain the best talent and supports our clients' success by helping them address challenges related to diversity and inclusion. We strive to create an environment where everyone feels valued and respected—one where employees feel comfortable expressing their views openly without fear of reprisal or retaliation.
  • Allerin is committed to ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome, respected, and supported. Diversity drives innovation and creativity by helping us find new ways to address problems, improve processes, and provide better products.
  • Our diversity initiatives are applicable—but not limited—to our practices and policies on recruitment and selection; compensation and benefits; professional development and training; promotions; transfers; social and recreational programs; layoffs; terminations; and the ongoing development of a work environment built on the premise of gender and diversity equity that encourages and enforces: Respectful communication and cooperation between all employees.
  • Teamwork and employee participation permit the representation of all groups and employee perspectives. Employer and employee contributions to the communities we serve to promote a greater understanding and respect for diversity. All employees of Allerin have a responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect at all times. All employees are expected to exhibit conduct that reflects inclusion during work, at work functions on or off the work site.
