Choose the Right Path for Your Organization

Three Models. Same Destination: Production AI.

Every enterprise starts its AI journey from a different position. Some are ready for a full capability center tomorrow. Others need to build internal alignment first. And some have pieces in place but need an accelerant. We offer three engagement models, each designed for a different starting point. All three lead to the same destination: a team that ships production AI.

Best for: Full capability center buildout

    Build-Operate-Transfer

Allerin designs, builds, staffs, and operates your AI capability center for an initial period, typically 90 days to first production model, with 6-12 months of full operation. Once the center is mature and your internal leadership is confident, we transfer full ownership and operational control to your organization.

    What's included:

    • Complete capability center design (architecture, infrastructure, team composition)
    • Talent sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and domain training in Mumbai
    • MLOps platform build-out with CI/CD, model registry, monitoring, and governance
    • First production model deployment with KPI gates
    • Operational management during the build-and-run phase
    • Structured ownership transfer with documentation and knowledge transfer
    • Post-transfer support (optional, typically 3-6 months)

    $2M – $5M

Depending on team size, technology complexity, and industry requirements.

90 days to first production model. 6-12 months to full transfer.

    You should choose this if:

    • You've identified clear AI use cases with measurable business value
    • You have executive sponsorship and budget approval
    • You want to own the capability long-term but need a partner to build it
    • Speed matters. You can't wait 12-18 months for organic team building

Best for: Accelerating existing AI teams

    Hybrid

Allerin embeds alongside your existing team at the start of the engagement. We fill the gaps, whether that's MLOps expertise, production deployment experience, additional ML engineers, or governance frameworks. Ownership is shared throughout, with Allerin progressively stepping back as your internal capability grows.

    What's included:

    • Assessment of existing AI capabilities and gap identification
    • Targeted talent augmentation (specific roles, not blanket staffing)
    • MLOps infrastructure upgrades or new build, integrated with your existing stack
    • Joint model development: your team and ours, working together
    • Knowledge transfer built into daily work (pair programming, architecture reviews, code reviews)
    • Governance framework implementation
    • Gradual transition to fully internal operations

    $1M – $3M

Depending on scope, team size, and engagement duration.

Flexible, typically 4-9 months depending on current maturity and target state.

    You should choose this if:

    • You have data scientists or ML engineers but they're stuck in PoC mode
    • Your infrastructure can't support production AI deployment
    • You want your existing team to level up, not be replaced
    • You need specific expertise (MLOps, computer vision, model governance) that's hard to hire
Best for: Evaluating the capability center model

    AI Readiness Sprint

A focused 4-week engagement that gives your leadership team everything they need to make an informed decision. We assess your current state, identify the highest-value AI use cases, design the target architecture, and deliver a detailed business case with cost projections, timeline, and expected outcomes.

    What's included:

    • AI maturity assessment across data, infrastructure, talent, and governance
    • Use case identification and prioritization workshop (2-day facilitated session)
    • Target architecture design for your AI capability center
    • Team composition plan with role definitions and hiring strategy
    • Detailed business case: investment required, expected outcomes, payback timeline
    • Executive presentation with recommendation and roadmap

    $200K – $500K

Depending on organizational complexity and number of business units assessed.

    4 weeks, start to finish.

    You should choose this if:

    • You're evaluating whether a dedicated AI capability center makes sense for your organization
    • You need a data-driven business case to secure executive approval and budget
    • You want to understand your AI maturity before committing to a buildout
    • You're comparing the capability center model to other options (outsourcing, in-house hiring, consulting)

    Side-by-Side Comparison

Compare all three models across key dimensions to find the right fit.

    Not Sure Which Model Fits?

Start with the Sprint if you're not sure. It's the fastest way to get clarity, and the $200-500K investment is a fraction of what most organizations spend on AI consulting engagements that produce recommendations but no roadmap.

Go straight to BOT if you've already done the analysis, have executive buy-in, and know that a dedicated AI capability center is the right path.

Choose Hybrid if you have good people but the wrong infrastructure, or the right infrastructure but gaps in production AI expertise. This model respects what you've built while accelerating what's missing.

All three models are backed by Allerin's AiSDF methodology, our 84-person engineering team, and our track record of 88% client retention.
