The need for context awareness is the direct result of the understanding that the needs of the customer vary and constantly change. Advances through contextual automation may appear relatively expensive. However, with further developments in the future, organizations will have to heavily depend upon context awareness in their application. In fact, this will be even more predominant once the ad-hoc approach turns completely obsolete.
